Corporate presentation, event design and production, marketing assets, video and motion graphics

Overview

In my role as a digital designer within Microsoft's Storytelling team, I actively collaborated with diverse teams to strategize integration approaches and optimize the implementation of creative ventures. I dedicated my expertise to crafting, designing, and conceptualizing a wide range of creative assets for various departments within Microsoft.

My Contributions

I primarily focused on creating visual assets for social media, ads, events, POSM materials, and presentations for various Microsoft products. Additionally, I mentored aspiring graphic apprentices under the Microsoft's Apprenticeship program, guiding them in using Adobe tools to complete their projects.
My role at the Microsoft Campus in Reading involved collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver impactful content experiences. I was extensively engaged in producing event materials and assets for Microsoft's conferences and internal events. Additionally, I managed web content through a CMS and produced video digital assets for multiple platforms.
One of my key projects was creating a Brandbook for the Microsoft Future Decoded event. This Brandbook includes detailed instructions on using visual elements such as colors, typography, logos, graphic devices, and imagery. It serves as a comprehensive guide for internal employees and external partners, enabling them to create their own social assets and presentations that adhere to the brand standards. The Brandbook was in continuous use for two years until the event's subsequent rebranding.
Additionally, I developed corporate presentation theme templates for Microsoft Dynamics 365 using PowerPoint for internal use. These templates enable employees to create their own presentations efficiently. They can easily update data, such as bar charts or pie charts, without needing to recreate the graphics from scratch.
